百家姓 (Bai Jia Xing) is inspired by a classic Chinese text of the same name: “The Hundred Family Surnames (百家姓)”, which composed of common Chinese surnames. The book was composed in the early Song Dynasty, originally contained 411 surnames, and was later expanded to 504. Founded by a veteran baker with decades of experience since 2004, 百家姓 (Bai Jia Xing) aims to bring back the authentic taste of the good old days, whilst paying tribute to the significant age-old history of the Chinese surnames.
